You can delete your account inside CalmWalk through Settings → Delete account. If you no longer have the app, use the request path below. Cancelling an App Store or Google Play subscription does not delete your CalmWalk account.
What is deleted
When an account deletion request is completed, CalmWalk is intended to delete the account and associated synced profile and preferences, dog profiles and private photos, walk logs, and custom triggers. We may retain limited data only where needed for backups, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance; the exact periods will be published before launch.
Request deletion without the app
Send a deletion request to our privacy team. Include the email address or sign-in method associated with your CalmWalk account, but do not send a password or private walk details. We will verify the request before deletion and explain the expected completion time.
Subscriptions
Before deleting, consider cancelling any active subscription through Apple or Google Play. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel store billing, and cancelling store billing does not delete your CalmWalk data.
