What to include
Please include the device type, operating system version, CalmWalk version, and a short description of what happened. Do not include private walk notes, passwords, or payment details unless we specifically and securely request them.
Purchases and subscriptions
Use the Restore Purchases action in CalmWalk first. Apple subscriptions are managed in Apple account settings; Google Play subscriptions are managed in Google Play. Cancelling a subscription does not delete account data.
Privacy and deletion
For privacy questions, use our Privacy Policy. To request account deletion without access to the app, visit Delete account.
